Electrical Elements
Mineral Insulated
Mineral insulated heating elements are extremely versatile and can be manufactured from a range of materials and sheath for use in many varies heat generating applications. These elements can be used to heat liquids, solid and gasses and can be formed into complex shapes to suit the application.
Coil
Wire wound coil elements can be manufactured to suit your dimensional and application requirements from either Nickel Chrome or Iron Chrome Aluminium, at temperatures of up to 1250ºC. These Elements can be supplied as single or multi leg elements supported within furnace brickwork or on ceramic tubes for added stability.
Tape
Tape elements can be manufactured to suit your dimensional and application requirements from either Nickel Chrome or Iron Chrome Aluminium, at temperatures of up to 1250ºC. Tape elements are gnerally more robust that coil elements and are formed into a sinusoidal pattern, designed to hand freely from ceramic hangers built into the furnace lining.
Globar – Silicon Carbide
Globars are Silicon carbide (SiC) electric heating elements for element temperatures up to 1625ºC (2927ºF), available in a wide variety of standard sizes and geometries, or in customized designs to meet the specific needs of various processes and equipment.
Kanthal Glober SiC heating elements are capable of high power output, and may be mounted either vertically or horizontally. Because the element material remains rigid even at the maximum operating temperatures, no special supports are reuiqred simplifying the design of the equipment.
Molybdenum Di Silicide – Super Kanthal
High-power electric molybednum di-silicide heating elements for element temperatures up to 1850ºC. Super Kanthal heating elements are available as striaght or bent elements in a wide range of dimensions and shapes all characterized by long life and consistent performance.
